I am a retired Infantry Colonel from the Turkish Armed Forces with over 25 years of leadership, operational planning, and decision-making experience — including NATO-aligned multinational assignments. I hold a Systems Engineering degree from the Turkish Military Academy and a Master's degree in Operations Research, the discipline of using mathematical modelling and optimization to support complex decisions. My background combines crisis-tested leadership with hands-on involvement in AI, big data, VR/AR, machine learning, and command-and-control related transformation projects.

Most recently, I served as a Technology Transformation Consultant to a national Ministry of Defence, where I built AI capability from the ground up. Today, based in Vancouver and completing an MBA in AI & ML Leadership, I apply this experience to business analysis, digital transformation, and AI-driven organizational change in Canada.
